Multiple Retailer Entry and Judging Process

Our multiple retailer categories look to recognise the fantastic work of larger scale drinks retailers in the UK across various drinks categories, such as beer, cider, wine and spirits. The categories are aimed at business with 10 or more stores.

The categories for multiple retailers are not open to entry by individual businesses. Drinks Retailing analyses data from Nielsen to discover which retailers are growing market share in each category.

We then conduct a series of store visits across the UK to examine the ranges on offer and the various merchandising strategies as well as customer engagement and sourcing strategies.

Lastly, we look at the past 12 months of drinks-related initiatives, both trade and consumer facing, across all drinks categories.
